Located on the second floor, NONG Café offers a lively culinary experience with its open-kitchen stations in a light and airy, interactive, market-style setting. Diners can watch chefs use impressive culinary techniques to prepare their favourite à la minute dishes in the open-theatre kitchen. Small, freshly made portions encourage diners to make multiple visits to a variety of food counters. International cuisine and comfort-food dishes such as Hong Kong-style Wonton Noodle, Singaporean Curry Laksa, Spaghetti Bolognese, Bacon Cheese Burger and Hainan Chicken Rice are also available from the à la carte menu.
Breakfast: Monday to Friday, 6 to 10:30 a.m.; Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 6 to 11 a.m.
Lunch: noon to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
